Kimberlei Faller, APRN

Kimberlei cares for her patients at the Live Oak location!

Kim received her Associates of Science- Nursing and RN from Ameritech College in Utah, graduating in 2011. She worked at an acute care hospital for a year and a half and then moved back to Florida. After moving to back in 2013, She began working in emergency care, first working at Madison County Memorial Hospital and then at Shands Live Oak Emergency Departments.

She went back to school at Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2014 to obtain her BSN while She continued working in the Emergency Department. Then in 2016, She went back to school to obtain her MSN - Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue Global University. She graduated with her Master's in 2019 and received a position as a Nurse Practitioner at North Florida Pediatrics shortly afterwards.

On Kim's off time she's a "home-body" that loves to cozy up with a good book or spend time with her family.

We asked her "why did she select this career path?" She replied:

"I am a firm believer that everyone should be an active participant in their own health. Working as a provider, I am able to educate people to empower them to take control of their health. I love being able to describe the why and how behind certain conditions in a way that helps other people understand what they can do to live a long, happy, and healthy life."
