Cheryl Abersold is a board-certified nurse practitioner who is currently one of our providers at our Lake City, Live Oak, & Jasper office. Cheryl was raised in Southeastern Ohio, in the heart of Appalachia. She is the oldest of four and a first generation college graduate. She is Married to a retired US Marine with 5 children, 2 girls and 3 boys.

 

Cheryl Received these degrees:

• APRN, at the Maryville University.

• MSN, at the University of Phoenix.

• BSN, at the University of Phoenix.

• ADN, at Washington State CC.

On Cheryl's off time some of her hobbies/interests consists of Reading, Horseback riding, and Watching her kids play sports. She also loves going to Disney with her family! 

 

We asked Cheryl "Why did you select this career path?" She replied:

"I have always had a deep desire to help people and I enjoy working with children. I believe that I am serving the families of our community by working with North Florida Pediatrics. This is the reason that I became a Nurse Practitioner; to serve our community with their healthcare needs."
